Might require grandpa contacting his bank or credit union to add her to his account, but that can be done remotely for his part, with a little effort.
Back on page 29, he said Marble can fill her on on what do do, and that he has a ledger in his desk and other documents for how to handle the rent money. There’s a decent chance, since he planned to spring this on her to begin with, that one of those documents is her side of the paperwork to add her to his business checking account, with his signatures already in place.
