Just wait until she has to fill up on gas. Experimenting with the linework. Trying to put more emphasis on hard shadows and light weight. How does it look?

She seems to forget that she’s got a whole building full of tenants. And while tenants are kind of a pain, it’s not as bad as fire ants, and also tenants usually pay for the lodgings.
Hopefully someone shows her where her Grandpa keeps the house accounts and the chequebook…or they pay their rents on time.
Grandpa told her where the checkbook was, and that her tenants are good about paying their rent properly. She just needs to contact him to get up to speed on how to deposit the tenant’s rent and how to reimburse herself for the expenses of running the boarding house. Might require grandpa contacting his bank or credit union to add her to his account, but that can be done remotely for his part, with a little effort.
Back on page 29, he said Marble can fill her on on what do do, and that he has a ledger in his desk and other documents for how to handle the rent money. There’s a decent chance, since he planned to spring this on her to begin with, that one of those documents is her side of the paperwork to add her to his business checking account, with his signatures already in place.
